I offer the following support throughout your travel experience:

• Trip Planning: Tailored itinerary design based on your preferences, including recommendations for accommodations, dining, attractions, and transportation.

• Pre-Arrival Support: Assistance with setting up digital payment systems, VPNs, and essential travel apps.

• Private Guided Tours: Execution of your personalized itinerary based on the chosen service package.

• On-Tour Support: Real-time help with logistics and personalized recommendations to ensure a smooth journey.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Final payment is due at the conclusion of the tour, including any additional agreed-upon costs.

• Accepted Payment Methods:

• PayPal : 5% transaction fee applies.

• Alipay (in CNY): 3% transaction fee applies.

• For in-person payments via Alipay, currency will be in CNY.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance.

• 50% Refund: Cancellations made 48–72 hours in advance.

• Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 48 hours of tour start time.

Note: No refunds for disruptions due to flight changes, delays, or cancellations. Please ensure you have valid travel insurance.

• Tour fees do not include meals, attraction tickets, or public transportation unless otherwise stated.

• Private transportation can be arranged at cost.

• For tours outside Shanghai, clients cover travel, meals, and accommodation for the guide.

• Clients are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodations. I can advise, but do not make reservations.

• Passport info may be required for certain bookings.

• All data will be deleted once bookings are completed.

• Full-Day Tour: 8–10hours

• Half-Day Tour: Max 4hours

• Additional time may incur extra charges.

• Photos may be taken during the tour with your consent and will be professionally edited (e.g., cropping, color correction).

• Images are for your personal use only and will not be shared publicly without your written permission.

• Force Majeure: Events beyond control, including pandemics, strikes, or accidents.
